Are you accepting new patients?+
Yes - we welcome new patients and would be glad to meet you. The best way to start is by calling the office or visiting our New Patients page.
Do you see children?+
We do. We're a general family practice and we see children regularly, in a way that's calm and unhurried. See our Family & Children's Dentistry page for more.
Can my whole family come to Orchard Heights Dental?+
Absolutely. We care for children, teens, adults, parents, and grandparents. Having one dental home for your whole family makes care simpler and more comfortable.
What if I'm nervous about going to the dentist?+
Tell us. We ask how you're feeling, listen to past experiences, explain what's happening, and let you set the pace. Our Dental Anxiety page goes into more detail.
What should I expect at my first visit?+
We'll review your history, meet you, discuss any concerns, examine your dental health, and talk through findings and options. A cleaning may or may not happen at the first visit, depending on your needs. See Your First Visit for the full picture.
Do you accept dental insurance?+
We work with many dental insurance plans. In-network and out-of-network benefits differ, and coverage depends on your individual plan. We encourage you to verify your benefits, and we'll help you understand your expected responsibility.
Do you accept Oregon Health Plan?+

What if I don't have dental insurance?+
We offer an in-office membership program designed to make preventive care more predictable and accessible. See our Membership page for details.
Do you offer a dental membership plan?+
Yes. Our membership program is an option for patients without traditional insurance. Exact pricing and terms are confirmed with the practice before publishing.
Do you provide dentures?+
Yes. We provide full and partial dentures focused on comfort, function, and a natural appearance. See our Dentures page for more.
Do you offer Invisalign?+
Yes. We offer Invisalign clear aligner treatment, beginning with a consultation and individual evaluation. We don't guarantee results or treatment length - every smile is different.
Do you restore dental implants?+
Yes. We restore dental implants - we create the crown, bridge, or denture that sits on top of an implant. Implant placement is often coordinated with another provider. See our Dental Implant Restoration page.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?+
Call the office right away. We make an effort to accommodate dental emergencies. If you're experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

How do I complete new-patient forms?+
You can complete forms ahead of time to make your first visit smoother. Visit our Patient Forms page for the approved secure method - please don't send health information through ordinary email.
